Choosing a CRM: Bitrix24, amoCRM and local systems
Choosing a CRM usually comes down to three options: a large international platform, a focused mid-market system, or a local product. Each has its place — the point is knowing which one is yours.
The three options
| Bitrix24 | amoCRM | Local CRMs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strength | Very broad feature set | Tight sales focus | Language, telephony, support |
| Weakness | Hard to learn | Sales only | Narrower feature set |
| Pricing | Per package | Per user | Varies |
| Uzbek language | Partial | No | Yes |
| Speech analysis | No | No | Rare |
7 questions to ask first
- How is pricing calculated — per package or per user? What happens
when the team doubles?
- Is telephony included or billed separately? How long are call
recordings kept?
- Are calls analysed — not just recorded, but transcribed, and in
which language?
- How are Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp connected — official API
or a third-party plugin that can break?
- Can I export my data? If you leave tomorrow, do you get the whole
database?
- Is post-sale work supported — sites, delivery, service — or does
the funnel end at "won"?
- What does implementation cost? In Uzbekistan, setting up amoCRM or
Bitrix24 typically runs 5–15 million UZS.
Question five matters most. Not being able to take your data out means being locked in, and that costs more than any feature list.
Where AsproCRM sits
We are in the third group — local, with two clear differences: AI call analysis in Uzbek, which competitors do not offer at all, and a construction sites module.
Pricing: Standard 190 000, Pro 590 000, Ultimate 1 290 000 UZS per month. Telephony and call recording are in every plan.
