Connecting Sipuni telephony to your CRM — step by step

9 minupdated 18 September 2026

Most sales teams in Uzbekistan run on Sipuni or a similar virtual PBX. Connecting it to your CRM is a one-time job with a daily payoff.

Without the integration

  • Who called is recorded nowhere. If the operator forgets to write it

down, the lead does not exist.

  • Missed calls are invisible. The customer called, nobody answered,

nobody called back.

  • The manager cannot hear how the conversation went.

Three parts

  1. Webhook — the PBX tells the CRM about every call: who, when, how

long, answered or not.

  1. Recording link — after the call the PBX exposes the file and the

CRM copies it into its own storage.

  1. Number mapping — which SIP number belongs to which operator.
Use the tokenised webhook address. Without a token, anyone who
learns the URL can post fake call records into your CRM.

After connecting

  • Calls attach to leads automatically — to an existing one if the

number is known, otherwise a new lead is created.

  • Missed calls become tasks, so it is clear who must call back.
  • Recordings sit on the lead card, so a new operator can hear the whole

history.

Next step: analysing the calls

Once recordings are stored, the conversation can be transcribed, the script scored, objections extracted, and any date the customer mentions turned into a task.

In AsproCRM this starts on the Pro plan (590 000 UZS/month) and works in Uzbek — international CRMs only record the call.
